Jai Jawan Jai Kisan

Other day, I went for evening photo shoot around University area, Kolhapur. Road to University passes through Military area. I had few clicks of the settings Sun. I was about to move then few strong thoughts hit my mind about our army. We have good nights because of Indian army's sleepless night on the border. They make themselves strong enough to protect us, bearing all the pain of hardest training away from their dear ones.
With this thoughts I moved to the entrance of the Military area. Just at the entrance there is a statue of Farmer couple with their child, carrying plough on the shoulder and a Jawan besides it. It was wonderful opportunity to photograph with setting sun rays on the statue. However due to military restriction jawan there did not allow me to take photograph. However it made me realize again how important is Jawan and Kisan. In a day at least three times we need food rather anything else. And it is possible only because selfless service done by Farmers. Instantly I realized vision of Lal Bahadur Shastri "Jai Jawan Jai Kisan".  Today we need strong leadership like him for our nation at the top who can give right justice to farmers, jawans and eventually to all of us. Lets vote for the change.
